David Alemán, Avianca’s sales director for Colombia and South America, revealed the most requested destinations by Colombians for the Easter Week season, where those in the Caribbean stand out.
“The destinations preferred by all are generally coastal destinations, beach destinations, among the most prominent are Caribbean, with Punta Cana, Aruba or Curacao,” he said.
Likewise, he indicated that Europe, the United States and Ecuador are not left out, with destinations such as Madrid, Barcelona, New York, Miami and Orlando. “In 
Ecuador, Quito, Guayaquil and the Galapagos Islands,” he said.
Alemán also said that the most requested destinations in Colombia are Cartagena, Barranquilla and Santa Marta.
“All destinations are covered by Avianca,” he told REPORTUR.co.
In addition, he indicated that during the Holy Week season that starts on Friday, March 22 until April 1, “we will be offering 1.4 million seats, which is approximately 4 thousand flights to be operated during that week”.
