Andrés Marranzini, director of the Punta Bergantín trust, was pleased with the progressive interest shown by operators in the project being developed in Puerto Plata.
Regarding his participation in the International Tourism Fair of Madrid (Fitur 2024), he said he is presenting a great investment opportunity in the northern part of the DR through Bergantin, a project that seeks to develop new hotel and residential rooms on the north coast of the country, specifically in the hotel park of Puerto Plata.
“We are presenting the investment opportunity in the northern part of the island to the different operators, who are gradually expressing interest in the opportunity presented by Bergantín,” he said.
He also expressed satisfaction with regard to the reception obtained in this fair and predicted new investments destined to the north of the DR, after the tourist event, according to El Nuevo Diario.
