The Dominican Fiesta Hotel inaugurated the first complex of pickleball courts in the RD to complement the sports offer for its guests and partners, and to continue promoting the sports tourism segment.
The courts were inaugurated with the first National Pickleball Tournament in the country, organized by the DR Pickleball Association, who promoted the development of this project through a strategic alliance with Palladium Hotel Group.
Leandro Tejas, general manager of the Dominican Fiesta Hotel, explained that “these new sports facilities respond to three objectives, the first is to continue developing this sport in the community and the country, to enrich the value offer for clients and to continue promoting sports tourism in the country”.
During the event, Celeste Olaverria, marketing manager for the hotel chain, said that “this new project seeks to provide memorable travel experiences and expand the range of sports options for guests and members of Club Fiesta, aligned with the latest trends to make the most of their stay at the hotel”.
Pickleball courts are available to hotel guests and Club Fiesta members at no additional cost from 07:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily. For guests staying at the hotel, the use of the courts costs DR$1,100.00 for adults and DR$900.00 for children from 3 to 12 years old.
