Companies sign alliance to promote real estate projects in the DR

The Simple Rent and Grupo Pedralbes start operations with development in Santo Domingo

The Simple Rent and the construction company Pedralbes signed an alliance to promote residential projects in the Dominican Republic.

The Simple Rent will contribute its knowledge of more than 25 years in the real estate sector and in the management of Build to Rent projects and more than 200 real estate franchises in Spain. For its part, Grupo Pedralbes will bring its experience in the local market, with projects endorsed by their quality and structure.

“Our big difference is that we have evolved the concept of Real Estate. We are experts in real estate asset management thanks to the trust of more than 90,000 owners in Spain. Now we are taking our focus to Latin America and especially to the Dominican Republic,” says Sonia Campuzano, CEO of The Simple Rent.

“At Grupo Pedralbes we are confident that this alliance will be the gateway to many projects together, where we can put in value part of our DNA, the effectiveness in execution times, the quality of the works and effective guarantee in each project,” explains Carlos Paulino, CFO of Grupo Pedralbes.

The first joint project that the two construction companies will work on together is Uniko, a tower born under the luxury concept located in the La Julia sector of Santo Domingo.

“Uniko is positioned as a new concept, to build highly sensory and great experiential atmospheres and experiences through light, in which 60 exclusive homes will be distributed over a total of six levels,” explains Campuzano.

“Grupo Pedralbes is very in tune with the needs of the local buyer, therefore, including Coworking, Clubhouse, Gym and Pool areas with sea views on the rooftop, among others, to offer an incredible experience,” Paulino points out.

The result of this alliance, which begins with the development of Uniko and will continue with future projects, will provide the Dominican Republic with better and greater offers in the real estate sector.
