The executive vice president of Viva Wyndham Resorts, Rafael Blanco Canto, informed that the construction of the 500-room Viva Wyndham Miches “is progressing very well”, for which he expects the pre-opening of the first stage of the hotel in September, and the official date for receiving a larger number of guests will be December 11, 2024.
“We are dedicated body and soul to the construction of our Viva Wyndham Miches hotel; the construction of the hotel is very advanced and we are very excited because the Miches destination is receiving a lot of recognition,” he added.
He told arecoa.com that at the recently concluded Dominican Annual Tourism Exchange (DATE 2024), tour operators showed great interest in the development of the destination.
“Miches will be a very sustainability-oriented destination and already has important programs on environmental and turtle conservation; recycling programs and water supply in the area with an aqueduct,” he said.
