The XVII edition of the Great Colombia Real Estate Exhibition 2023 (GSI2023) formally began this Thursday and will be open until Sunday, August 13. If it is about real estate investments, the exhibition has everything: new and used residential, office, hotel, commercial and industrial projects, both national and international.
In this edition, in which the Dominican Republic is the guest country, participates in all the offers of value and complementary services. The most renowned national and international builders, developers, real estate companies and developers have gathered at this fair.
According to a document from the organizers, during the days of the fair the public will learn about the tax incentive program and benefits granted by the Dominican government to Colombian investors in the country’s tourism and hotel sector. The agenda includes academic content on immigration and tax advice and success stories of investors.
More than 40 real estate firms from the Dominican Republic will present a variety of real estate offers to satisfy all the needs of visitors and potential investors. The country is leveraging its strategy on growing tourism, its infrastructure and the good economic momentum this Caribbean region is experiencing.
“We are proud to present a fair that not only offers unique real estate opportunities, but also highlights the beauty, culture and investment opportunities that the Dominican Republic has to offer. As a guest country, it becomes one of the epicenters of our event,” highlighted Andrés Martínez, executive president of La Lonja de Bogotá.
The participation of the guest country will be in pavilions 7 and 8 of Corferias. In this space it will be possible to interact with experts and representatives of the country that will show residential projects, real estate investment opportunities and the advantages that Colombians will have to settle in this tropical paradise.
