From September 20 to 22, the capital city of Panama will host the VIII Latin American Real Estate Congress Cila 2023.
The event will bring together 23 of the most renowned experts in urban planning, digital strategy and construction and artificial intelligence, who will share their experiences and knowledge on the latest market trends and challenges and opportunities in Latin America for the development of new cities.
More than 300 real estate brokers, developers and developers from 18 countries will also participate to receive updated information on the “Development of New Cities in Latin America” central theme of the event.
In addition, real estate market players will be offered the opportunity to network, strengthen commercial ties, establish new key contacts in the sector and discover new business opportunities in the real estate market.
The event is sponsored by the Latin American Real Estate Confederation (Cila), a private organization that integrates the leading organizations of the real estate market in Latin America that forms a professional and commercial block to face the regions of North America, Europe, Asia, Australia and Africa, and thus be able to conduct international business competitively always looking for the best for the members.
Cila currently represents more than 420 thousand Realtors and Real Estate Companies in 18 Latin American countries such as Brazil, Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Dominican Republic, Ecuador and of course, Panama.
Among the exhibitors and topics of the congress are international exhibitors such as: Antonio Tony Hanna who will speak on “Latam Opportunities – Crowdfunding”; Gaby Tamayo will speak on “The secret of High ticket sales in the real estate sector”, then Shirley Sanchez on “The technological revolution in the real estate sector”, Javier Grandinetti will lead the Professionalization Panel: “The future of Real Estate Brokerage”.
While among the national exhibitors will be Edmon Pallerola with the topic “Developing a Blockchain technology for the real estate sector”, Sergio Riestra will expose “Application of artificial intelligence in the architecture of the XXI century” also highlights “Panama:The strategic route” presented by José Gabriel Montenegro, Michael Chen will talk about the province of Colón under the title “New Casco Antiguo on steroids”.
Alvaro Boyd, president of the Panamanian Association of Real Estate Brokers and Developers (Acobir), highlighted that the Cila congress takes place in the midst of the celebration of the fiftieth anniversary of the guild he represents. “With this congress Acobir reinforces the work it has been doing for 50 years in the strengthening, growth and leadership of the real estate industry in Panama, through permanent actions that contribute to the development and sustainability of one of the most important sectors for the national economy,” he said.
