Universal Aviation and Aeropuertos Dominicanos Siglo XXI (Aerodom) formally inaugurated the operations of the renovated business aviation terminal at the Gregorio Luperón International Airport in Puerto Plata.
It joins the global network of terminals operated by Universal Aviation in more than 30 countries in the Americas and Europe.
“We are very pleased to start operations of this business aviation terminal, which has been completely renovated under the management model and standards of Universal Aviation, to meet the expectations of our customers in the northern part of the country, who, from today, will receive the same level of service we offer worldwide,” said Danilo Rosario Jimenez, director of Universal Aviation in DR.
He indicated that “it will undoubtedly contribute to raising the profile of the Gregorio Luperón International Airport”.
The renovated terminal will have all the facilities for the comfort of users, including exclusive services of:

valet parking
coffee barista
buffet
signature menu for in-air catering
covered luggage carts
minivan transfers to the aircraft
high speed internet on ramp
