The Ministry of Tourism (Mitur) is organizing a series of virtual workshops on digitalization and a face-to-face workshop aimed at SMEs in the tourism sector, to train them in digital development and the latest developments in the world of technology.
The workshop program is aimed at SMEs in Costa Rica and the Dominican Republic. It is part of the Digital Transformation program for SMEs in the tourism sector in Latin America and the Caribbean.
The training will provide the skills and tools to make these businesses more competitive.
They will begin this Tuesday, September 19, starting at 9:00 a.m. Costa Rica time and 11:00 a.m. DR time, and on different dates throughout the rest of this year. They will continue with the virtual workshop “Digital Marketing Strategy”, followed by the workshop “Data analytics and data-driven decision making”.
