According to the Legal Advisor of the Executive Branch, Antoliano Peralta, the gazette where the Aeropuertos Dominicanos Siglo XXI (Aerodom) contract will be published will be made public in the next few days.
He indicated that a “more voluminous gazette” is currently being designed for the publication of this new contract which was approved by the National Congress on December 20.
He detailed that due to the “quite long content due to its annexes” contained in the contract, a more amplified gazette was authorized to annex all that was agreed upon.
“When a decree or a law is promulgated, it is not placed in the gazette until the next one is published, sometimes there are documents that, due to their urgency, need to be published more quickly and this document, which is quite long due to its annexes, a larger gazette was ordered to be made to insert it”, he said.
The official indicated that in the next few days the document will be visible because “it must be about to be published” and that the gazettes are not necessarily published monthly, except when an urgent decree is required to be published.
He also made reference to the argument made by Elias Pina’s senator, Ivan Lorenzo, that the promulgation of the Aerodom contract was the best kept secret because it did not appear published even in the spiritualist centers, violating the laws.
