Latam will increase its weekly flights to 14 flights a week

The popular area of Punta Cana is consolidating its position as a tourist magnet and airlines continue to increase their operations to the DR’s largest vacation destination. In the particular case of Latam, the airline will increase its weekly flights between Lima and Punta Cana to 14, starting December 1.

Latam currently operates 12 services per week between Lima and Punta Cana with Airbus A319 and Airbus A320 aircraft with 144 and 174 seats respectively.

The airline has already scheduled its flights during the high season. Latam will continue to operate with the same aircraft.

According to Aviacionline, SKY is Latam’s only competitor on the link between the Peruvian capital and the Caribbean’s largest tourist destination, operating five flights per week.
