With the aim of increasing the depth, efficiency and annuality of technological resources and tools, the director of the Directorate of Information Technology and Communication (ICT) of Mitur, Franklin Arosemena, in partnership with the company SoftwareONE, held the motivational workshop Innovation and Digital Transformation.
The speakers at the event were Luis Mojica, SoftwareONE regional manager for Puerto Rico, Julissa Mateo, SoftwareOne Manager and Katerin González SoftwareOne manager for Dominican Republic, who explained in full the functions and importance of adding tools such as Outlook, OneDrive, OneNote and Teams to the work task table.
“With the package of tools provided by Microsoft we can work in a collaborative and synchronized way, which will undoubtedly generate greater efficiency in the services provided in each job of a collaborator,” said Mojica.
With the development of this workshop, TIC seeks to inspire Mitur collaborators to opt for a digital transformation, with which time is optimized and a higher quality service is provided.
“Real changes arise when you think about the end user, that is why we wanted to support SoftwareONE so that they are the ones who make us see that in Microsoft we have a package of tools to make our work life more efficient, said Franklin Arosemena.
“From TIC we have the best will to give them the support they need, so that each area operates efficiently, but, above all, to maximize the investment that the Ministry has made in this solution”, he concluded.
