MAPre achieves ISO-37001 Anti-Bribery System Certification

The Administrative Ministry of the Presidency (Mapre) achieved ISO-37001 certification for its Anti-Bribery Management System, after complying with international standards to prevent, detect and mitigate the risk of bribery and corruption.

The Administrative Minister of the Presidency, Igor Rodríguez Durán, together with the Director of Planning and Development, Humberto Reginato, received the results of the audits carried out by auditors from the Dominican Institute for Quality (Indocal).

The Anti-Bribery Management System (SGAS) ensures the proper functioning of the system’s requirements and the continuous improvement of institutional processes through the prevention of bribery and unethical behavior.

Upon receiving the results, Minister Igor Rodriguez expressed that the certification is the result of the constant work of a great team, which has embraced the objective of strengthening the ethical commitment in the processes developed by the Administrative Ministry of the Presidency.

The auditors María del Carmen Aguiar, Jhoan Regalado and Alberto Almonte recognized the work that has been developed in the Administrative Ministry of the Presidency to comply with the requirements of the ISO-37001 Standard. They also indicated that in the coming weeks the certificate will be formally delivered to Mapre.
