Through Decree No. 459-23, the President of the Republic, Luis Abinader, transformed the General de División Gregorio Luperón Graduate School into a joint doctrine school.
Previously, under Decree No. 1-13 of 4 January 2013, this had been conformed as a joint command and staff school.
The decree issued yesterday by the head of the Executive Branch and supreme authority of the Armed Forces, in accordance with Article 128 of the Constitution of the Republic, maintains the other specifications of the Graduate School Major General Gregorio Luperón, such as the program offered, which is the Specialty in Command and Joint Staff, its duration, its graduate level, the number of educational credits required and the degree it grants.
This Graduate School is part of the Instituto Superior para la Defensa General Juan Pablo Duarte y Díez (INSUDE).
