Proindustria surpasses Industrial Registration and Qualification this 2024

The Center for Industrial Development and Competitiveness (PROINDUSTRIA) exceeded projections for the month of June of this year, registering 51 new industries, more than double the number projected, ratifying the constant effort of the general director, Rafael Cruz Rodríguez to improve and strengthen the industrial environment of the country.

The statistics of the Department of Industrial Registration and Qualification, demonstrate the significant achievements of Rodriguez Cruz’s management and the growth experienced by multiple key areas, above expectations for June, when the establishment of 25 industries was expected.

In addition, the institution updated 107 Industrial Registrations, surpassing the established goal of 100, which translates into significant growth and formalization of the industrial sector.

In terms of industrial qualifications, five new ones were granted, surpassing the three projected. Also, 51 industrial ratings were successfully renewed, surpassing the 18 that were considered.
