RIU Hotels & Resorts, in the DR, awarded local tour operators for their outstanding trajectory and collaboration, which represented the highest sales volume this year.
First place was awarded to the Gnial agency, second place went to Palo Tours, while third place went to Smart Traveling. Special recognition was also given to the agencies Sunparadise and AGT.
The Sales Department of the Riu Hotels & Resorts chain in the DR headed the awards and special recognitions.
The event was held on Friday, December 15 at the RIU Palace Bávaro hotel and included a gala dinner and live music.
In addition, the following day the agency representatives enjoyed a katamaran ride to La Piscina Natural, a beautiful beach located on the Bávaro coastline, as well as enjoyed a VIP area at the Neon Party, one of the four pool parties offered by the company as part of its all-inclusive program.
Every year, RIU Hotels & Resorts holds this customary event to recognize the trajectory of tourism agencies in the DR, which bring a large number of clients to its hotels.
