Abinader delivers rehabilitated treatment plant Prados de San Luis, in SDE

President Luis Abinader delivered the rehabilitated Prados de San Luis wastewater treatment plant in Santo Domingo East, with an investment of DR 308.8 million, which will impact more than 25,000 people; it was rehabilitated with a capacity to clean 1,475 gallons of wastewater per minute.

At the ceremony, the director of Caasd, Fellito Suberví, emphasized that President Abinader, with his support and commitment, has had the goal of improving the quality of life of Dominicans. “To see the transformation that our country is undergoing and the positive impact it is having on the population fills us with joy and happiness”.

Suberví emphasized that the reconstruction of the work was a promise made by President Abinader to the community of the sector, through the institution that he directs, a clamor of many years due to the conditions in which the infrastructure was found, which at the same time affected the quality of life of its residents.

Present at the ceremony were the president of the Senate, Ricardo de los Santos; the ministers of the Presidency, Joel Santos; Acting Administrative Minister of the Presidency, Igor Rodríguez; the governor, Julia Drullard; Senator Antonio Taveras; the director of the Dominican Agrarian Institute (IAD), Guillermo García and the mayors of Santo Domingo East, Manuel Jiménez and La Victoria, Miguel Saviñón.
