Abinader receives White House Director of the Office of Intergovernmental Affairs

President Luis Abinader received this Tuesday at the National Palace the director of the White House Office of Intergovernmental Affairs, Tom Pérez.

Among the topics discussed at the meeting, which also included the participation of Foreign Minister Roberto Alvarez, were efforts to combat climate change, as well as security and economic development in the region.

This visit is the result of the most recent meeting between U.S. President Joe Biden and the Dominican President at the White House, within the framework of the Alliance for Economic Prosperity in the Americas (APEP).
