The Consulate General of the Dominican Republic in New York, USA, invites the Diaspora to the ceremony celebrating the 178th anniversary of Dominican Independence on Sunday, February 27 at 8:30 AM.
The activity will take place in New York’s Times Square, at the initiative of the Consul General of the DR in New York, Eligio Jáquez, where a video will be projected on Dominicanidad for a week, in a historic event.
Mayor Eric Adams, Congressman Adriano Espallat, Idamis Rodriguez and all the elected officials of the city of New York are expected to be present.
