The National Institute of Transit and Land Transportation (Intrant) reported that it enabled an alternate route for vehicles traveling to Samaná from the S/N street that gives access to the municipal stadium.
The information was disseminated last Thursday, March 21, through the institution’s Instagram account, and indicates that the measure was taken because the main street of the tourist area has 
reduced the width of the road for traffic circulation, due to the renovation works being carried out.
The Intrant recommended the population to be cautious on the road as the brigades of the Ministry of Public Works and Communications (MOPC) continue to work on the rehabilitation of the storm drainage and complementary works of the Samaná seawall and for the Holy Week period the vehicular flow is busier.
