The Puntacana Group revealed the details of its next hotel project in eastern DR, which will be built with an investment of more than 100 million pesos and will have 80 ultra-luxury rooms.
The new hotel project of the tourist-family group will be under the Playa Serena Punta Cana Resort brand and is expected to be inaugurated in 2026, according to the Group’s executives at Fitur 2024.
“The hotel will be of low density with a very important ecological part, as we said, 80 rooms, only two floors, always under the coconut tree to make the most of the entire beach and that our customers feel that the beach is unique to them. This hotel will be designed by Dominican architects and built by Dominican architects and always using our great Dominican contractors”, explained Frank Elías Rainieri.
He indicated that the group is making the leap into luxury tourism, “as it is not afraid to evolve”.
