Miches will integrate 2,000 new rooms

The tourist development of Miches is on the right track. According to the Minister of Tourism, David Collado, more than 2,000 new hotel rooms will be inaugurated in the emerging pole.

“Tourism is growing in this destination thanks to the agreement signed within the Tourism Cabinet where the private sector will invest US$1 billion and the public sector would coordinate the beach accesses and the Land Management Plan,” Collado posted on the social network X, formerly Twitter.

In addition, he said that the Instituto Nacional De Aguas Potables Y Alcantarillados (INAPA) initiated the construction of an aqueduct. “Happy and proud of the development of this sector of the country and its people,” the minister added.

It is recalled that the hotel constructions to be built in the developing destination are: the Zemi Miches All-Inclusive Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton, by Frank Elías Rainieri, which will provide 502 rooms and is scheduled to open in 2024.

Secrets Playa Esmeralda and Dreams Playa Esmeralda, which will add 1,000 rooms to the hotel offer. Grupo Viva Whyndham’s project with 487 hotel rooms and Grupo Maralda’s project with 690 rooms; among other developments such as Grupo Tropicalia.
