The works of the hotel project being built by the Rainieri and Amengual families in Uvero Alto are progressing at a good pace. Estel Ingeniería, company participating in the construction of the establishment has shown the photos with the current state of the ambitious tourist complex, W Punta Cana Uvero Alto.
Therefore, Estel Ingeniería posted on its social networks: “We are going to participate in this ambitious project together with Mac Hotels and Grupo Puntacana, carrying out the integral installations. We have had the pleasure of making the visit by the hand of G.Violante, architect of Zanobia Arquitectura”.
“We are delighted to be part of this unique project, not only because of its magnitude, but also because it will boost tourism development in the area,” the company explained.
The resort is financed by Banco BHD for US$78.9 million and will have 349 rooms with balconies and plunge pools.
The design of the complex includes a spa with eleven treatment rooms, a commercial area, three swimming pools with bars and eleven dining options, bars and is designed for adults only, and will be an icon in the Caribbean.
It is recalled that the project is part of the diversification and expansion strategies of the Puntacana Group, and the lodging establishment is expected to be inaugurated in the summer of 2024.
