J Balvin and Tokisha’s New Track Unleashes Strong Criticism: “Demasiado Horrible” (Too Horrible)

Colombian reguetonero J Balvin and Dominican singer Tokischa released a new song and music video. After the premiere of “Perra” they caused a stir on social networks and digital platforms.

“Yo soy una perra en calor, ‘toy buscando un perro pa’ quedarno’ pegao’. Hey, you’re a bitch in heat, you’re looking for a dog to stay stuck'”, says a fragment of the single, whose video has more than 3 million 600 thousand views on YouTube.

The song is quite catchy and brings together all the elements of the urban genre. However, the lyrics and the vision of the woman in the audiovisual surpassed the limits of much.

For the release of “Perra”, the singer shared on Instagram an illustration of him and Tokischa “convertidos’ en canes”. “Bajamos truchos de Medallo pa’ Republica Dominicana,” reads J Balvin’s social network.

Despite the controversy, both for the song and the role of the Colombian in the video, the new song also captivated many fans. Others have indicated that the theme and images of the clip, where several women are seen acting like animals, do not please them at all.

On YouTube most of the comments are positive, but other networks have generated very different opinions.

“J Bavin tried to get Tokisha on track and instead he ended up disrespecting himself”, “Balvin in dembow? Yes sir, anthem guaranteed” or “This is a song to ‘perrear'”, wrote some of the fans pleased with the new project.

Messages on Twitter were different. Some of the Colombian’s followers pointed out that it was not a pleasant song, indicating that it was “too much” and that the lyrics were “horrible”.

On the other hand, next September 10, the new musical album of the Colombian J Balvin will be released, which will bear the name of José. The song “Perra” will be part of it. In this album, J Balvin will explore other Latin rhythms.

José will join his extensive discography, composed of Colores (2020), Oasis (2019), Vibras (2018), Energía (2016) and La familia (2013). “The concept of this album is me. It’s my album. J Balvin is José. This is what I like and what I love to do,” expressed the artist.

The Colombian assured weeks ago that the project will be a reflection of himself, but the new song already left some controversy about what the singer wants to project.
