The Spirit of Terrenas real estate and tourism project was presented in Las Terrenas Samaná, which will be located in the “Portillo” area, 20 minutes from El Catey International Airport, which has direct flights from North America and Europe.
The first phase of the Spirit of Terrenas project consists of 160 apartments positioned on a hill 500 meters from the nearest beach and more than 150 meters above sea level.
The project, located three minutes from Carolina Beach, will be divided into three zones during its first phase: El Lago, El Anfiteatro and Round Hill, each with different characteristics.
Spirit of Terrenas will continue its expansion in other stages to be developed in the coming years, creating the largest and most organic project in the Caribbean area, with the largest swimming pool and the first golf course in the northern part of the Dominican Republic, euphemistically recreating the famous lost Atlantis. In addition, it will have a gym, SPA, family and children’s areas, among other spaces for the enjoyment of guests.
“With this project we want to achieve a harmonious development between the nature that characterizes the area of Las Terrenas, and the comfort of residences with five-star hotel service,” said Richard LaFont, general manager of Spirit of Terrenas.
He explained that “this project represents a new source of income for the population of Samaná and provinces near Las Terrenas”.
