Abinader inaugurates municipal slaughterhouse and Las Palmas court in Bonao

President Luis Abinader simultaneously inaugurated the municipal slaughterhouse of Bonao and the Las Palmas sports field, which were works demanded for more than 30 years by the residents.

Mayor Eberto Núñez said that the slaughterhouse meets all the appropriate standards and that the court will allow hundreds of young people to enjoy sports and stay away from vices.

On the other hand, he said that in Bonao, 61,000 meters of sidewalks and curbs have already been built, the cemeteries were enlarged, the ecological corridor of Villa Liberación and the municipal market are being executed.

The president was accompanied by the Minister of Agriculture, Limber Cruz; the director of Inespre, Iván Hernández Guzmán; the governor of La Vega, Luisa Jiménez de la Mota; the mayor of Bonao, Eberto Nuñez; the senator of La Vega, Ramón Rogelio Genao; the deputies, Orlando Martínez and Norberto Ortiz, as well as the director of Passports, Digna Reynoso.

Also, the director of School Infrastructure of the Ministry of Education, Fernando Taveras and the governor of Monseñor Nouel province, Adela Mercedes Tejada Gil de Rosario.
