Iberia launched a new personal area, “My Iberia”, aimed at facilitating self-management and personalization of the user’s experience on the airline’s flights.
It is a useful tool before, during and after the trip, with a design focused on a more intuitive and attractive navigation.
To access Iberia’s new space, the customer only has to access its website and log in. With the tool, customers can manage their reservations more easily, include their usual travel companions to speed up future bookings, check their Avios balance, see the Elite points needed to upgrade or get inspired to choose their next trip, among many other options.
In addition to improving the customer experience, the new ‘My Trips’ section provides users with a compilation of the most interesting and curious data since they registered in the program: 
kilometers traveled, the most used aircraft, or even the number of round-the-world trips they have made with the company.
But that’s not all, “My Iberia” also includes a map so that the customer can travel to – and remember – all the destinations they have flown to with Iberia in recent years. And to live other experiences, the new recommendations section allows you to discover other destinations among the 140 that the airline offers around the world with direct flights and the nearly 400 additional ones it offers in codeshare with other airlines.
To complete the experience, the company adds a conversational chat powered by generative AI aimed at helping customers with flight searches and travel planning in the most personalized way.
And last but not least, “My Iberia” offers the more than one million Iberia Plus customers who have flown the most in recent years a personalized wrapped: a video summary of each customer’s history.
It is already possible to access the new content in video format, which, in addition, the airline invites you to share on social networks with the hashtag #MomentosIberia.
