President Luis Abinader expressed his satisfaction with the remarkable achievements of the Ministry of Tourism (Mitur), under the direction of David Collado.
The President highlighted the importance of tourism as an economic engine and generator of employment in the country, noting that thanks to tourism, hundreds of Dominican families have secure jobs in the hotel industry.
