Despegar reveals that in the last year, the growing interest of Latin American tourists in Quisqueya is reflected in the growth of searches by 67%.
Despegar, the leading travel company in the region, revealed that Latin American tourists’ interest in the Dominican Republic has grown by 67%. Argentina, Chile and Colombia are the countries that most chose this destination for vacations in 2022, followed by Brazil, Mexico and Peru.
The Caribbean is undoubtedly one of the favorite places for travelers who choose the beach as their vacation plan. Its temperature, white sand and transparent sea make it the ideal place. But, within the variety of destinations it offers, the Dominican Republic continues to grow in the ranking among travelers from all over the region.
