Cap Cana Golf Cup 2021: a Mexican night full of joy and fun

A night of celebration inspired by Mexican traditions with the catrinas, the staging of the “Chavo del 8” neighborhood, and a tribute to several well-known artists from the country of honor, such as Luis Miguel, Alejandro Fernández and Juan Gabriel, among others.

The closing celebration of the tournament was attended by the Ambassador of Mexico in the country, Carlos Peñafiel; the Dominican Ambassador in Mexico, María Isabel del Castillo; the Ambassador of Spain in the Dominican Republic, Antonio Pérez Hernández; the Consul of Mexico in the Dominican Republic, Rubén Flores; and the Consul of Spain in the Dominican Republic, Pablo Gómez de Olea. Also, Cap Cana’s closest Mexican business allies, players, and other special guests.

During this tournament, teenagers Justin Rodriguez and Kevin Rodriguez won the cup for the best overall gross score.

The tournament, which lasted two days, took place with the wonderful views of the Punta Espada Golf Course, and the closing event in the equestrian field area of Los Establos, within the destination city, making possible the contributions and donations to social and educational projects carried out by the Forjando un Futuro Foundation.
