Hard Rock International improves gastronomy in its stores

Hard Rock International has partnered with Major Food Group (MFG) to develop and select dining experiences at Hard Rock properties around the world, including resorts, hotels, casinos and integrated coffee shops.

Through the strategic partnership with Hard Rock, MFG will act as a consultant to select new food and beverage programming at existing integrated resort locations. In Hard Rock 01addition, MFG will support the creation of restaurant concepts for Hard Rock properties under development such as Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Athens and Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Barcelona.

“We always strive to provide our guests with memorable dining experiences, so there is no better partner to take things to new levels occurring at these properties than the team at Major Food Group,” said Jim Allen, president and CEO of Hard Rock International’s Seminole Gaming.

“We look forward to a great partnership and offering new and exciting options to our guests,” he added, according to a release.

Meanwhile, Jeff Zalaznick, co-owner of Major Food Group, added that “this is a truly unique opportunity to bring together MFG’s deep expertise and innovation with a leader in hotels and casinos to deliver incredible food and beverage experiences to Hard Rock guests at locations both here and abroad.”
