The subsidiary INGENIERÍA Y ESTRUCTURAS DEL CARIBE-INECAR, S.R.L., has signed a new contract with INMOBILIARE LUENFA, S.R.L., for the structural design and execution of the concrete structure of the project called “Blue Luxury Residence Marina”, in the municipality of Higüey, province of La Altagracia.
The total amount of the contract is 928,072.31 U$D (approximately 860,000 euros), payable 20% at the signing of the contract (made on June 15, 2023), the following 10% on the start date of the works, that is, once the design is finalized and approved by the property and the corresponding authorities, which is expected to take place within 3 months from the signing of the referred contract. The remaining 70% will be paid by means of monthly work execution certifications, the duration of which is established at 170 working days.

As announced by the company itself on June 14, the subsidiary INGENIERÍA Y ESTRUCTURAS DEL CARIBE-INECAR, S.R.L., has signed a new contract with the company TANIT INVESTMENT, S.R.L., for the structural design and execution of the concrete structure of the project called “Vista Golf”, in the municipality of Higüey, province of La Altagracia.
The total amount of the contract is 1,164,00 U$D (approximately 1,040,000 euros), payable 20% at the signing of the contract (made on May 30, 2023), the following 10% on the start date of the works, that is, once the design is finalized and approved by the property and the corresponding authorities, which is expected to take place within 3 months from the signing of the referred contract. The remaining 70% will be paid by means of monthly work execution certifications, the duration of which is established at 170 working days.
1Q23 Results Preview
According to the financial accounts presented by CLERHP Estructuras for the first quarter 2023, the company listed on BME Growth maintains the improvement in activity that has been occurring since the end of 2021, producing an increase in sales figures of 38% compared to the first quarter of the previous year to 3.7 million euros.
The sales figure for the first quarter of 2023 represents 26.76% of the total 2022 sales published with the Annual Information dated April 28, 2023, compared to the 19.33% that the first quarter of 2022 represented compared to the total sales for the year. Historically, the first quarter is the lowest quarter of activity for CLERHP and this first quarter figure confirms the growth trend.
CLERHP also increased its EBITDA by 198.25% to 1.5 million euros compared to the same period last year. EBIT increased by 495.91% to 1.2 million euros.
