Selection for the 3×3 Basketball Pre-Olympic Games defined

The Dominican Basketball Federation (Fedombal) presented this Tuesday the 3×3 national team of this sport that will seek a ticket to the Olympic Games in Tokyo, during the Pre-Olympic Championship to be held later this month in the city of Graz, Austria.

During a meeting with the media, the president of Fedombal, Rafael Uribe, valued the rapid development of this specialty in the country to the point of being among the first four best in the American Continent.

Uribe was accompanied at the main table by the president of the National District Basketball Association (Abadina), José Heredia Castillo; the deputy coordinator of the 3×3 commission, Alejandro Bretón; the coach of the Dominican team, José Cabrera and the captain of the 3×3 team, Bryan Piantini.

Piantini was presented to the press along with fellow players Henry Valdez, Carlos Rivera and Cesar Reyes Quezada, as well as member of the coaching staff, Julio Duquela.
