Trying to leave motorcycles aside, the Dominican Alex Giomar Jorge entered the world of four wheels looking for
something that would awaken in his body the same adrenaline, notwithstanding that, years later he would become the protagonist of a story that has inspired lovers of automotive engineering.
With a little more than his passion, the current owner of the company “F4- AG”, began to study independently some design software with the idea of creating his own vehicle, an ambitious goal that he managed to conquer in a year and six months.
Three months later, the ingenious man had manufactured the prototype that opened the doors to the growth of what he describes as a 100% Dominican project based on formula cars with tubular architecture.
“Since I was a child I used to build my own toys, at that moment maybe I didn’t know what I was going to be”, expressed the dreamer born in San Francisco de Macorís when he was interviewed in the program “Con el Tanque Full”, transmitted by the digital platform El Nuevo Diario TV.
With the formalization of his company and international projects on his agenda, today, Alex Giomar gives testimony of what can be achieved by a person determined to take firm steps to make a difference.
“We are still working on many things, but we can already have registration in the country,” he said after noting that, “in life there are thousands of people who know more than me, but determined like me, perhaps there are very few.”
After having participated in the conversion of a vehicle, Giomar Jorge is not afraid to venture into other areas and assured that he is ready to manufacture a fully electric formula car.
