CLERHP’s subsidiary in the Dominican Republic has signed four new contracts worth more than US$2.6
million, expanding its portfolio of projects in this region while continuing to execute the company’s major milestone Larimar.
As announced by CLERHP for the BME Growth market, the subsidiary INGENIERIA Y ESTRUCTURAS DEL CARIBE – INECAR, S.R.L. has signed four new contracts in the Dominican Republic, all of them with the company SACOVEX, S.R.L., for the design and calculation of the concrete structure of different projects.
The first contract, for the VILLA DR 14 project, amounts to 72,223.53 U$D (approximately 66,510.16 euros), with a completion period of 16 weeks.
The second contract is for the VILLA DR 16 project, for an amount of 93,885.28 U$D (approximately 86,458.70 euros), with a total execution period of 20 weeks.
The third contract relates to the DANZA LUXURY RESIDENCES project, for an amount of 1,272,539.86 U$D (approximately 1,272,539 euros), with a completion period of 32 weeks.
The fourth, relating to the ICON BAY LUXURY RESIDENCES project, for a total amount of 1,233,368.62 U$D (approximately 1,135,068 euros), with a completion period of 32 weeks.
All this is taking place in the midst of the construction of its largest project in the Dominican Republic region, Larimar City, “a city-resort, a project of approximately 25.
