Barely three months have passed since the start of 2022 and the concert agenda continues to add urban artists who have set their dates to perform on the Dominican stages. In fact, during this first quarter, artists such as Karol G and Myke Towers have already performed on the Caribbean island.
In the next nine months of the year, seven concerts already have dates, venues and tickets on sale. After two years away from the stage due to the pandemic, artists such as El Alfa, Wisin y Yandel, Arcángel, Jhay Cortez y Sech, Myke Towers, Arcángel, Rochy y Dj Adoni, Bad Bunny and Daddy Yankee will perform in the Dominican Republic.
+ Wisin y Yandel Concert
The Puerto Rican duo of Wisin y Yandel will perform next July 9 in Santo Domingo as part of their farewell tour “La última misión”, the artists reported on their Instagram page.
Through UepaTickets, the ticket prices to attend the show have already been announced, with RD$3,110 being the cost of the tickets for the bleachers, RD$4,520 in General Standing, RD$6,780 in VIP, RD$8,475 in Special Guest, RD$22,600 in Front Stage and RD$33,845 for the Premium Fan area, these values include taxes.
+ Concert by “Alfa el Jefe”.
Urban artist El Alfa announced his concert “La leyenda del dembow” at the Estadio Olímpico Félix Sánchez on 16 July 2022.
Tickets went on sale almost immediately, with prices ranging from 900 to 14,000 pesos, taxes not included, costing Special Guest: RD$14,000, RD$12,000 RD$8,000, RD$6,000, RD$4,000, VIP: RD$2,500, Terreno: RD$1,400 and Gradas: RD$900.
Arcángel Concert
The popularly known as “La maravilla”, Arcángel, will arrive in the Dominican Republic for a concert on April 16 at the Juan Lockward amphitheater in Puerto Plata.
Tickets are on sale with prices starting at RD$1,735 for General, RD$3,465 for VIP and RD$6,820 for Special.
Concert by Jhay Cortez and Sech
Urban music exponents Sech and Jhay Cortez will star on the bill for the long-awaited Urban Flow 2022. It will be held on April 16 in Punta Cana.
For this event there are only two spaces where tickets can be purchased, in General at a cost of RD$4,000 and VIP at RD$6,000.
Concert by Rochy, Dj Adoni, Myke Towers and Arcángel
The 2022 edition of the “Urban Bash” concert will bring together Arcángel “La Maravilla”, Myke Towers, Rochy RD and DJ Adoni in Punta Cana.
Under the production of Angel Productions, SA Concerts and Hard Rock Café, the Urban Bash 2022 will be held on Saturday, April 16 at the Blue Mall Punta Cana Amphitheater, where the artists will share their repertoires loaded with hits and new songs.
The cost is RD$3,605 for the General area and RD$9,015 for VIP.
The last three events are scheduled for the same day, Saturday, April 16, Holy Saturday for Dominicans.
Bad Bunny Concert
One of the most anticipated concerts will take place at the Félix Sánchez Olympic Stadium on October 21 and 22. Proclaimed the most listened to artist in the world for the second consecutive year according to Spotify, Bad Bunny put the Dominican Republic on the list of countries to host his show.
The acceptance was immediate, so that businessman Gamal Haché had to open another show for the “Bad Bunny”, as he is also known.
Prices in pesos are: “front stage” at 29,900; 26,900 and 23,900; 15,900; 13,900 and 11,900. VIP at 8,900; 6,900; ground at 3,600 and bleachers at 2,400.
Daddy Yankee concert
Reggaeton legend Daddy Yankee announced his retirement from music, but not before launching his latest album and concert tour, which includes the Dominican Republic.
“La última vuelta world tour” arrives in the country on November 12 as part of the singer’s farewell. Although there are still no details of the specific place where the proclaimed “boss” will be performing.
