Dominicana Moda : the best of Dominican fashion
Over the week from September 3 to September 8, the Dominican Republic attended the best of the Dominican fashion.
A fairy of catwalks, designs, models, and designers that served as a platform to these industry talents with an exceptional vision of the contemporaneous clothing.
Under the careful eye of the organizers Mirka Morales, Sócrates McKinney and Fidel López; The event presented five days filled by the exciting fashion word activities like fashion shows, exhibitions, talks and parties in an organized, punctual and above all an international level quality and design environment.
22 designer participated to this Dominicana Moda presentation, between them; Jenny Polanco Giannina Azar, Robert Flores, Jorge Diep, Arcadio Díaz, Marisol Henríquez, Martín Polanco, Luis Meniuer, Magali Tiburcio, Hipólito Peña, Gutiérrez-Marcano Belkola and Camila Casual. And from New York will present themselves the Dominicans Ana Montan and Cenia Paredes.
Every designer or mark had the opportunity to present its last collections in constant fashion shows from 12:00PM until 10:00PM during the 5 days of the event. At the end of the night, Dominicana Moda 2007 culminated in a big party thanks to the Ron Brugal sponsorship, which came to support social fashion events on international level during the last years.
