Cap Cana to promote tourism real estate in Bogota

Cap Cana announced that it will be present at the current edition of the Salón Inmobiliario, a fair organized by the International Exhibition Center of Bogota in Colombia, where international and national companies and sectors of the organizing country meet to present their real estate, commercial office and hotel product offerings.

The most renowned international builders, developers, promoters and real estate companies will participate in the famous event, which will take place from August 18 to 21.

Cap CanaJorge Subero Medina, executive president of Cap Cana, emphasized that the Dominican Republic has benefited from the great growth and recovery of tourism, which has quickly reactivated the exponential boom of the real estate tourism sector.

“This is why as Cap Cana we are very focused on attracting national and international investors who see in our destination a place for tourism, but at the same time a home, and who contribute directly in many other sectors of the economy of the Dominican Republic generating greater employment opportunities, tax revenues and development of other complementary recreational areas,” he added.

In addition, he said that “we are working to continue to increase all areas of Cap Cana. We have an immense land where more than 7,000 rooms are currently operating, and some 2,000 are under construction, and where, in addition, hundreds of complementary activities are being developed that have made the Destination City a favorite for many foreigners and Dominicans, and we are committed to continue attracting the best,” he concluded.
